Ansen Pipe Repair is simple to use and requires little preparation.
The Ansen Pipe Repair System including a woven fiberglass bandage impregnated with water-activated
polyurethane resin and a 90mm stick of Ansen Steel Putty. A successful pipe repair can be achieved in only 30 minutes.
Operations Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the surface, abrade the pipe with sandpaper or file and clean the surface . The prepared area should be
approximately 3 to 4 times the size of the damaged area.
Step 2: Knead epoxy untild uniform the color.
Step 3: Apply epoxy to the damage area.
Step 4: Using gloves, remove bandage from the package.Immerse in temperate water for 4-6 seconds.
Step 5: Wrap tightly and quickly,using entire roll extend approx. 5 to 8cm above and below the damage area.
Step 6: Rub and polish thoroughly
Step 7: Wait 30min for ANSEN Bandage to set rock-hard.Then finish the application.
